Someone copies the information, prepares a response, updates another tool, and reminds the next person. The steps are familiar. They still need doing every time.
I simplify one recurring workflow, then implement suitable automation and AI with human review where it matters.
We map the current steps, record the time involved, and decide what can be simplified before building anything.
The workflow should help your team handle the task with less repetitive effort, while keeping judgment, approvals, and unusual situations visible.
What's included
One defined recurring workflow across up to three tools.
A baseline of the current steps and time required.
A simpler process with automation and AI where useful.
Human review and a clear path for exceptions.
Testing against agreed examples and exceptions.
Documentation and training so your team can operate the workflow.
Illustrative workflow, not a client case study
A practical example
An enquiry arrives with information the team needs in another tool. A workflow carries the agreed details across and prepares a draft response for someone to review. Missing information is flagged for attention.
The first improvement might be fewer copy-and-paste steps. We compare the remaining manual work with the baseline to see what changed.
Sample testimonial
There are fewer manual steps in the task, and the team understands what to do when something needs checking.

A few practical details
Does every workflow need AI?
No. A simpler process or a straightforward connection may be enough. The tools follow the task.
Can you promise a number of hours saved?
We measure the actual task before making a specific savings claim. Completion means the workflow handles agreed examples and exceptions and your team can operate it.
How does delivery work?
The window begins when agreed access, information, materials, and approvals are available. Payment is 85% to start and 15% after agreed completion tests pass, with 14 days to correct delivered defects. Software and specialist costs are separate. Larger projects receive a separate scope.
